SEATTLE–Animal Supply Company has acquired Greensboro, N.C.-based Summit Pet Product Distributors. Summit Pet will continue to operate under the Summit Pet name and be led by its current management team.
Jay Joyce, president of Summit Pet, and Mike Copeland, senior vice president of Summit Pet, as well as all of Summit Pet's managing partners will become equity investors in Animal Supply.
