BEL AIR, Md.–Pet Store Pro, the free online training program created by the Pet Industry Distributors Association (PIDA), has added a new course on coaching employees. The new chapter outlines techniques that pet store managers can use to prepare new associates for success, address performance issues and help employees excel.
