SAN FRANCISCO—SeaYu Enterprises, makers of Clean+Green, the eco-friendly aerosol pet cleaning products, recently conducted a survey on consumer’s perception of, and commitment to, living an eco-friendly lifestyle.
The survey reveled that 78 percent of respondents have said they are willing to pay more for eco-friendly products and 56 percent ranked living an eco-friendly lifestyle as very important, with another 44 percent selecting somewhat important. Energy conservation was voted the most popular eco-friendly activity that respondents engage in regularly with 28 percent; water conservation received 21 percent of the vote; and purchasing eco-friendly cleaning agents received 20 percent. When asked what their biggest concerns with “traditional” cleaning products are, 43 percent responded “having dangerous chemicals around my children and my pets.”
